Contact and Forms (Jotform)
If you contact us via a form on this website—for example, a contact or feedback form—or by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and message, in order to handle your enquiry.
The forms are provided through Jotform Inc. Jotform hosts data of European users in its EU data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. According to Jotform, European data are stored there using Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS); Jotform does not operate its own data centres. Its parent company is Jotform Inc., 4 Embarcadero Center, Suite 780, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA. A transfer of data to the United States cannot be completely ruled out and is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, for the performance of pre-contractual measures, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in processing your enquiry. A data processing agreement has been concluded with HubSpot. We retain your data until the purpose of processing no longer applies and any statutory retention periods have expired.

Newsletter
If we offer a newsletter directly through the website and you subscribe to it, we process your email address and, where applicable, any additional information you provide voluntarily in order
to send you the newsletter.
