Stephan Kühne is an experienced board member, senior advisor, and C-level executive with three decades of international leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder businesses. He combines the perspective of an entrepreneurial CFO, acting chairman, senior interim executive and investor with deep financial expertise.
His background spans listed, family-owned, and private equity-backed companies, with a focus on growth, transformation, crisis management, and sustainable value creation. A T-shaped leader, he brings broad C-level experience in general management, finance, strategy, M&A, governance, digital transformation, risk, HR, and ESG.
Former roles include CFO at Wilh. Werhahn KG, Constantia Flexibles Group and Intersnack Group, as well as, besides others, Chairman of Supervisory Board Basalt-Actien-Gesellschaft and Deputy Chairman of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG.
